Consumer Directed Services is a FREE Missouri Medicaid service that pays family and friends to care for their disabled loved ones. This services give the CONSUMER the power to DIRECT his or her own SERVICES. The ultimate goal is to help people to be as independent as possible. And there is no better way to do this than with people you already know, in your home, and at NO COST to you.

Requirements:
Have active Missouri Medicaid
Have a physical disability that prevents you from completing daily tasks on your own.
Have the mental capacity to make decisions and direct your own care.
Be 18 or older.
If you are eligible for the program, a needs assessment will be performed by the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) in which you must score 21 points. And that's it! Access Home Health will take care of the rest.
